USA Baby Name Import Tool

Import SSA (Social Security Administration) baby name text files into the database.
Each file should be named yobYYYY.txt (e.g. yob1996.txt) and contain lines in the format: Name,Sex,Count

Admin-only tool. This page should be protected with .htaccess or access control.

When checked, files are validated and summarized without inserting or updating any rows.
